Zürich, Switzerland: The Capital city, it surrounds the impressive Lake Zurich, just north of the Alps. It's filled with banking giants, financial institutions, high-end shopping, and it's the wealthiest city in Europe!
A favorite was definitely the train ride from Austria to Switzerland through Liechtenstein. I have never seen such gorgeous scenery!!
Similar to Austria, we used public transportation, and went sight-seeing via train, metro, tram, boat, and foot!
Janelle's Favorite: Eating Swiss Chocolate to my heart's content!! Wow, wow, WOW!! We shopped and ate at their 2 famed chocolate shops: Sprüngli and Teuscher. Swiss Alps + Swiss Chocolate = Heavenly Bliss

We had a blast on this street, perusing shops we don't usually frequent: Prada, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Cartier, and Tiffany & Co.

Some of the best advice we received from a local was to take a boat cruise of Lake Zurich. We opted for an evening cruise and weren't disappointed! It was so beautiful and charming!! We couldn't get over how people use the lake like a swimming pool. Quite a few houses are right on the lake and there are also makeshift sandy beaches! They were all having the time of their lives!!
