Eric and I have found that the older Jackson gets and the more he understands about Christmas, the better it gets. This year was no exception! We've had an exciting month full of:

*Fisher-Price Little People's Nativity village
*Christmas chocolates, candies, and cookies
*5-minute The Nativity dvd with Jackson imitating the barn-yard animals
*Baby Einstein's Handel's Hallelujah Chorus on repeat in the car stereo
*reading Curious George's Christmas Countdown over and over and over
*Mannheim Steamroller's Deck the Halls on repeat in the house stereo
*Michael McClean's The Forgotten Carols performance
*the telling and retelling of baby Jesus being born
*Curious George's A Very Monkey Christmas dvd
*acting out the Nativity in true Thornock fashion
These years are golden!

Your fisher price nativity village is awesome! We have the stable, mary and joseph and baby Jesus and the wiseman but not all that other stuff. Where did you buy it all?
I can really see changes in Jackson! They grow so fast! My favorite is the last!
We just have the main part of the Nativity too. The rest of it looks so awesome! Breck can't wait to buy our little boy fun toys like that tool bench! So fun!
